Seller Engagement Manager, EU 3P Expansion

The EU Expansion Team is seeking a Seller Engagement Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and success of our Partnered Carrier Program [PCP] across 5 European marketplaces. This is a crucial position that will be responsible for owning the PCP adoption goals, developing robust reporting and analytics, and running tailored seller engagement initiatives to maximize the program's impact. Key job responsibilities
• Be accountable for driving PCP (Partnered Carrier Program) adoption in EU Expansion marketplaces (Netherlands, Sweden, Belgium, Poland, Ireland)
• Create and own PCP adoption goals and initiatives to drive PCP/FBA engagement for local Sellers in EU Expansion marketplaces
• Develop comprehensive PCP reporting and tracking tools for EU Expansion and Export destinations
• Send monthly updates on PCP progress to key business stakeholders
• Analyze PCP rate competitiveness, propose promotional strategies, cooperate with Partner Teams to improve PCP competitiveness and Seller experience
• Cooperate with local recruitment teams to gather Voice of Seller feedback on PCP features and needed improvements
• Own PCP Seller education and communications: design and coordinate all PCP-related mass communications for 3PX Sellers, prepare educational materials and FBA engagement initiatives for local recruitment teams
• Cooperate with EU4 countries and other Expansion Marketplace regions on PCP roadmap and adoption initiatives
• Support the launch of new PCP features and new shipping arcs to EU Expansion marketplaces and Export destinations
• Analyze data to identify and address seller experience gaps and program-related challenges
• Support other incentive programs focused on FBA adoption
