Seller Marketing LATAM team is building a team to accelerate new seller acquisition through New Seller Hub. You will be part of this new team of Lead engagement, Registration and Verification specialists for a high-volume, lead engagement environment for Brazil. This cell will convert leads into Amazon sellers, supporting them through Registration, Verification and Listing processes.
The Seller Hub Associate is the primary solution provider for new sellers on Amazon marketplace in Brazil. In addition to providing a remarkable Seller experience for Registration, Verification and Listing processes, the Seller Hub Associate is expected to address system issues, identify and implement process improvements, develop internal documentation and contribute to a team environment, all while adhering to service level agreements for phone, email and/or chat cases.
Key job responsibilities
- Provides prompt, efficient and high quality service to Amazon Leads and Sellers through email, phone, and chat;
- Demonstrates ownership of every Seller interaction to achieve successful first time resolution on all contacts
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures
- Maintains high performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance
- Specializes into Registration, Verification and Listing requirements and processes for Amazon Brazil.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience within a sales representative, customer service or contact center environment
- Customer oriented
- Demonstrated effective, clear and professional written and oral communication and attention to detail
- Ability to embrace constant change with flexibility
- Demonstrated appropriate sense of urgency and adaptability in response to changing business needs
- Intermediate MS Office applications specifically Excel, familiarity with web browsers
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Portuguese with 90% proficiency in both languages
- College Degree or currently in last year of obtaining an undergraduate degree
