As a Device Engineering intern, you will collaborate with the Technology Development team in Scottsdale, AZ to support the development of future medium and high voltage Power Transistors. Your tasks will include: + Wafer-Level electrical characterization of various semiconductor devices and components using Parametric Analyzer, + Developing automation and instrument control solutions, + Running TCAD simulations to help understanding the operating principles of semiconductor devices.
