+ Support specific project and program objectives as defined in the areas of responsibility, and that necessary preliminary activities (e.g., determination of outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource planning, among others) are completed.Support projects and programs assigned are completed in accordance with predetermined requirements, with specific attention to product/process specifications, project/program costs, resource utilization, and timeliness for completion.Ensures that all phases of project, program and/or process development are documented and that information required in other functional areas is reported, disseminated, or transferred, as appropriate. Ensures compliance with Company policies regarding Engineering/Lab notebooks, patents, confidentiality and safety.Undertake study of new technologies, as appropriate. Support data collection for materials & financial resources. **Other Requirements:** This position may require standing for extended periods of time, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, lifting, the ability to distinguish between colors, the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise, and the use of hand and power tools.Additionally, because this position also may involve working in a clean room, the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields may be required.
+ Data Analysis on material usage and cost impact of all Internal Repair Opportunities
+ Able to identify and drive new opportunities across business units
+ Take Direction and work semi-autonomously in existing data to day activities Leading and/support in Repair focus meeting, ensure metrics and objectives are on track
+ Operational Process Development and Continuous Improvement Support
+ Engage with multiple stakeholders (ie. Planning, Supply Chain Manager, Engineering) on Material Repair Support through the Qualification Process and Production release to End Used/Customer **Functional Knowledge**
+ Demonstrates conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within a discipline **Business Expertise**
