Imagine yourself working in a state-of-the-art laboratory! As a semiconductor research engineer, you will work with scientists and engineers in the Air Force Research Laboratory Sensors Directorate, Electronic Devices Branch at Wright-Patterson AFB near Dayton, OH. Your focus will be development of new processes to support novel device fabrication in Gallium Nitride and Gallium Oxide based technologies. You will plan, document, and execute hands-on experiments in a cleanroom environment using techniques such as dry etch processes, ion-implantation, and photolithography to realize electronic devices satisfying various performance metrics. Other duties include materials characterization, on-wafer electrical test, communicating technical progress to team, and reporting results at professional conferences/workshops and in peer-reviewed journals. Key Responsibilities:

Experience: 2 years’ experience in dry etch processes, ion-implantation, and photolithography process developmentEducation: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field requiredCitizenship: Must be a US citizen and meet eligibility requirements to access the Air Force Research Laboratory and Wright-Patterson Air Force BaseDesired Qualifications:
