SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant – Enfield – Immediate Start 
Pertemps Education is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Enfield. Job Title: SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant 
Location: Enfield 
Pay: £95.00 - £105.00 per day 
Start Date: 
Interview Date: ASAP 

Key Responsibilities: 
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN. Assist in managing classroom behaviour using positive reinforcement to encourage engagement and good conduct. Collaborate with the class teacher to create an inclusive environment tailored to students with diverse needs, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, or physical impairments. Adapt learning materials and teaching strategies to meet individual needs, ensuring lessons are accessible and engaging for all students. 
Qualifications and Skills: 
Experience working with children with special educational needs in a school or similar setting. Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff. A solid understanding of SEN conditions such as autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, or sensory impairments. Basic knowledge of safeguarding and child protection protocols.
