Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Salary: £22,123.44 - £22,439.21 (Pro-Rata)

This secondary school are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team in Redbridge.

SEN Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, ensuring their educational and emotional well-being.
* Assist classroom teachers in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
* Develop and implement individualised learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
* Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback and reports to teachers and parents.
* Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes student engagement and achievement.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each student.

SEN Teaching Assistant - Requirements:
* 2:1 or above degree preferably in Psychology.
* Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable.
* A caring and patient nature with a strong commitment to supporting children's development.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Relevant qualifications or training in special educational needs support is a plus.
