**WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH**
We’re looking for a digital expert to join the Global Owned Communications team in the role of Senior, Global Owned Communications. This position will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive consumer engagement, retention and revenue throughout our owned communication journeys.
This role will be a core partner to our North America, EMEA and APLA Geos, with strong collaboration across our product and technology partners to bring our trigger strategy to life. They will be a subject-matter expert to stakeholders across the organization, including Global Digital Marketing, Platforms and Experiences, Consumer Digital, Membership, Nike Stores, Legal and our Consumer Services teams.
**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
We are looking for a candidate to lead global strategy of Nike’s trigger-based communications, specifically focusing on core commerce, business events and transactional and seasonal communications. They will lead disruptive and distinctive communication campaigns which elevate Nike’s brand connection to our consumers. The candidate will have experience building and driving optimized customer journeys across Email, Push, and SMS, with a deepened expertise of Adobe stack. To be successful, you must be a trusted thought leader who has an ability to artfully balance revenue-based goals with consumer-first objectives.
+ Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training.
+ Minimum 5 years’ experience with a focus on user acquisition, retention, paid media, email marketing, A/B testing and/or personalization.
+ Strong MarTech and CRM executional competence at scale ideally with the Adobe suite of solutions.
+ Deep curiosity for the consumer, the changing marketing and industry landscape, and a passion for working collaboratively to drive best-in-class consumer digital experiences.
+ Ability to influence & drive change throughout complex and matrixed organizations.
**WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON**
+ You will orchestrate the successful execution of customer journeys across owned-marketing channels (email, push, and in-app messaging) – with a key focus on core commerce triggers and our seasonal campaigns.
+ Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to improve effectiveness and maximize ROI.
+ Build a deep understanding of customer behavior, preferences and needs to inform marketing strategy and CRM workflows.
+ Establish a testing and experimentation framework to enhance campaign performance and the customer experience.
+ Create and maintain customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize the consumer journeys.
+ You will be a subject-matter expert on the end-to-end marketing capabilities across digital marketing tools, identifying the needs of users and translating those requirements into business models and solutions that can be developed by Nike’s product and engineering teams to supercharge our marketers.
+ Ensure data integrity within the CRM and marketing tools, including accurate customer records and performance tracking.
