We’re looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our ever-evolving Product & Technology Development team to help us unleash the potential of every business. About the role
As part of an Agile team, you’ll lead and support the team to deliver its commitments in a predict‐ able way according to the SAFe definition and with the expected quality. The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will work closely with CORE Merchant QA Manager, Data Solutions team and with each discipline within the Delivery Team (Project Manager, Product Owner, Design, Development and Test) to complete test analysis, test design and automated test execution, integrating closely to deliver User Stories.
What you will be doing
Define test strategy for ETL/Data Warehousing testing
Utilize Database management tools (Oracle SQL, Developer, TOAD, MS SQL Server etc.)
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Work in an agile environment with an iterative approach to development.
Ensure all Quality Assurance and testing activities are conducted according to the SDLC and Agile SAFe practices.
Collaborate with Project Test Leads to define test data needs for the testing effort.
Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
What you bring
Six (6) years of experience in a professional Quality Engineering Testing environment is required.
Proven experience with SQL to include a demonstrated proficiency
3+ years of experience with ETL/Data Testing
Assist to ensure execution of data warehouses and data structures across a variety of database types, including tests for database schemas, data management, data quality and data mapping.
Execute advanced testing/automation with ETL testing and Datawarehouse/OLAP testing.
Perform ETL/Data Warehousing testing (on-prem and cloud)
Perform ETL data validation using complex SQL queries.
Added bonus if you have
Hands-on experience AWS Snowflake.
Hands-on experience in Performance testing tools (e.g. NeoLoad, LoadRunner, JMeter)
Hands-on experience in Test Management tools (e.g. qTest, Jira)
Hands-on Experience with Tosca and Tosca DI.
