\nJob Purpose
\nDesign, development and deployment of solutions that support HCP business and enable business to serve our clients efficiently.
\nResponsibilities
\n\n Designing and develop highly scalable web-based applications based on business needs. Designing and customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.\n Explaining all aspects of application integration in .NET and data integration with SQL Server and associated technologies and standards\n Building and operating SAAS platforms using the Microsoft technology stack with modern services-based architectures.\n Working with IT teams to setup new application architecture requirements\n Coordinating releases with Quality Assurance Team and implement TFS/GIT workflows and better source code integration.\n Implementing build process and continuous build integration with Unit Testing framework\n Developing and maintain a thorough understanding of business needs from both technical and business perspectives. Assisting and mentor junior team members to enforce development guidelines.\n Taking technical ownership of products and provide support with quick turnaround. Prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment\n Drives Proof of concept for new programs and platform initiatives in collaboration with Architects / Conduent Technology Innovation team.\n Reviews technical specifications based on stated business requirements.\n Serves as a technical expert/architect on the project being accountable for technical delivery of project.\n Establishes and ensures design and code review process to ensure code quality.\n Ensures product compliance to Non-functional requirements – Response time, Performance, Security, Usability and other Non-Functional Requirements.\n Evaluates and ensures the product complies to regulatory & business requirements.\n Plans for and manages application release and deployment roadmap and documentation.\n Participates in RFP (Request for Proposal) technical solutioning and estimation in collaboration with Technology Solutions Management team.\n Implements best practices and Software Development Life Cycle processes within the team.\n Grooms and builds next layer of technical leadership in team.\n Provides estimates, budgets, project flow, client updates and meeting expectations along with keeping up to team aspirations.\n Provides feedback for performance appraisals of team members.\n\nRequirements (Skill/Experience)
\n\n Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science / computer engineering\n Minimum of 12+ years’ experience in building enterprise scale windows and web application using Microsoft .NET technologies.\n 8+ years of experience in ASP.NET MVC and Microsoft Web API\n 5 + years of experience working with .NET Core framework and Entity core.\n 5 + years of experience with JavaScript based UI framework such as Angular 2.0 (V15 and above) or React.\n 2 + Experience on Docker Containers with Kubernetes\n Experience with Microsoft cloud technologies such as Azure data factories, table storage and Microsoft Azure cloud development, architecture, or management.\n Experience with Microsoft BI stack: SQL Server, SQL Azure, SSIS and SSRS.\n Experience working with cross functional teams and have a good understanding of application architecture, networking, SQL and debugging of production issues. \n Experience providing production support and data analysis to end clients. \n In depth knowledge on design patterns and unit testing frameworks.\n Experience with Agile application development.\n SQL server performance tuning (SQL Server 2016/2019/2022) and troubleshooting\n Ability to work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.\n Excellent oral and written communication skills.\n\nFlexible Working Patterns

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $119,350 - $155,000.
