What You Will Get To Do:

Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using C# and .NET Framework 4.5+Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards in accordance with SS&C development policiesLead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and oversightCollaborate closely with business analysts, QA, and other developers within Agile/Waterfall hybrid SDLCEnhance and refactor existing applications for performance and maintainabilityAct as a technical liaison between onshore and offshore teams when requiredContribute to architectural and design decisions, especially around legacy modernization

What You Will Bring:

8+ years of hands-on experience in C# and .NET development, especially .NET Framework 4.5+Solid experience with ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Windows Forms, WCF, XMLStrong knowledge of SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, views)Proficiency in unit testing frameworks such as MSTest or xUnitStrong understanding of Dependency Injection (Autofac) and Aspect-Oriented Programming (AOP)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to mentor, troubleshoot and take ownership of solutions
