Senior .NET Developer – Hybrid (Memphis, TN)

A well-established organization is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join their team in a hybrid role, requiring on-site presence once a week in Memphis, TN. This role is ideal for a highly skilled developer with experience across multiple versions of .NET, strong SQL expertise, and the ability to maintain and support existing systems while contributing to modernization efforts.

Tech Stack & Focus Areas .NET development across multiple versions (legacy .NET 1.1, WebForms, MVC, and transition to .NET Core) Frontend technologies (Angular, React, JavaScript – open to candidates with diverse experience) Strong SQL Server skills (writing queries, stored procedures, optimization) Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and modern design patterns Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET applications Work across the full system architecture to ensure reliability and performance Lead technical projects, from design to implementation Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, business stakeholders, and leadership Provide technical guidance and communicate project status effectively What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in software development Strong C#, .NET, and SQL Server skills Experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP) Knowledge of object-oriented programming, application security, and best practices Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Additional Info Hybrid schedule: On-site once per week in Memphis, TN Opportunity to work on both legacy system maintenance and modernization efforts
