Provide support to ensure SAAS application sustainment and associated Analysis, Development of Requirements, Architecture, Design, Cyber Security, Database Administration, System Administration, Specialty Engineering, Technical Writing, Software Design, Software Development, Configuration Management, Unit Testing, Informal Testing, Security Testing, Formal Integration Testing, Formal Qualification Testing and User Documentation for all software releases and documentation.

Responsibilities

· Software releases may include bug fixes, Cyber Security/IA requirements, updates to incomplete functionality or directed enhancements that have been approved by the Product Owner.

· Conduct analyses and identify technologies to improve the SAAS application and database, capitalizing on advancements in Agile SAFe 6.0 or current methodologies.

· Responsible for the analysis of the high-level requirements. The results of the analysis is the documentation of detailed functional and technical requirements.

· Provide requirements management support including creating an SAFe Agile roadmap, and deliver and maintain a requirements traceability management process acceptable to PL LIS to manage and account for changes in the systems requirements.

· Create / update documentation in accordance SAFe Agile design thinking such as but not limited to Journey maps and story boarding and associated design documentation.

· Assess and document the impact (if any) of new functional requirements on the existing baseline design.

· Maintain the existing software code base.

· Maintain existing or develop new software capability associated with problem reports (identified software deficiencies within existing functional requirements), and change requests as directed by the Product Owner. Develop Change Request/Change Item requirements; prepare test condition requirements; update benchmark test files; participate in all test activities to validate that software products perform to specifications.

Qualifications

Required:

 

· Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology discipline AND 5 years’ programming experience with the following programming languages Visual Studio using ASP.NET 4.5 or higher, C#, Telerik, T-SQL, SQL Server RDBMS AND 3 years’ experience with WEB/cloud/Web Services programming. The experience will be in developing web based solutions using Microsoft Visual Studio and applying Object Oriented Analysis and Design principals, development patterns and technologies to include: Model-View-Controller (MVC), Object Relational Mapping (ORM)/Entity Framework, LINQ, SQL, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and XML.

· OR 10 years’ programming experience for above mentioned tool sets.

· Requires IT-II and IAT Level I Certification.
