We are looking for a talented and passionate 3D Environment Artist to join our Shanghai Studio
In this role, you will play a key part in developing both 3D environment assets and level art for one of our exciting new projects. Your contributions will help shape iconic and new environments within the Clash universe. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in creating top-tier 3D environments, from initial concept to in-engine implementation

As a 3D Environment Artist at Supercell, you will collaborate closely with game designers, programmers, and fellow artists to create engaging and immersive experiences for players. You will take ownership of the in-game visual aesthetic, ensuring it enhances the player’s journey and deepens their connection to the game world

Responsibilities
Maintain and elevate the quality of 3D environment assets, continuously refining their look and feel to meet the highest standards
Enhance and push concept designs to the next level by considering technical and design limitations, including polygon budgets and texture memory constraints
Work with outsourcing partners to build a stable production pipeline
Work with both design and technical constraints to develop level art using the existing level system, while consistently exploring and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible within the system
Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure all assets align with the project's vision
Requirements
Hands-on experience in building Level art with Unreal engine
Expert experience in creating stylized PBR modeling, sculpting, texturing, and materials
Experience with 3D software (e.g., Maya, 3DS Max, ZBrush, Substance Painter/Designer, etc.)
Passionate about (mobile) games
A proactive doer who takes responsibility and pride in their work when given the freedom to work independently
Strong cross-discipline communication skills
A great teammate - we believe making games is a team sport
