Key responsibilities: Achieve Sales Success: You'll have experience developing and completing sales plans to exceed targets, working closely with our corporate development team. Become a Client Champion: You'll be the primary point of contact for key clients, providing expert advice and building strong, lasting relationships. Strategic Guidance: You'll provide insightful recommendations on placement design, coverage, pricing, and market trends, ensuring optimal solutions for our clients. Negotiation and Partnership: You'll negotiate favorable terms and conditions, collaborating closely with client teams to meet their needs and exceed their expectations. Lead and Mentor: You'll guide and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Problem-Solving and Innovation: You'll tackle complex challenges, develop innovative solutions, and contribute to the evolution of our products and processes. Influence and Collaboration: You'll work with senior colleagues and clients, influencing outcomes and fostering cooperation across functional areas. About you We're in search of a seasoned Senior Account Director who excels in sales and is also highly skilled at finding solutions and fostering relationships at for corporate clients. You'll be a proven leader with a demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets in a complex, fast-paced environment. Your experience should showcase a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to translate those needs into tailored solutions that drive significant value. You'll be a master negotiator, adept at securing favourable terms and conditions while building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with key clients and brokers. Your communication skills will be outstanding, allowing you to confidently present complex information to senior-level collaborators and effectively collaborate across various functional areas. You'll demonstrate a strong ability to analyse market trends and anticipate client needs, taking a proactive approach to developing solutions. Beyond your individual contributions, you'll be a mentor and leader, guiding and inspiring your team to achieve exceptional results. You'll foster a collaborative and supportive environment where innovation thrives, and everyone feels empowered to contribute their best. Your leadership style will be inclusive, encouraging open communication and a shared commitment to excellence. Finally, you'll bring your experience working within the corporate insurance industry and a proven track record of applying professional principles and business judgement to solve unique problems.
