Senior Account Director (Onsite)
Location: Nashville, TennesseeJob Type: PermanentCompensation Range: $150,000 - 160,000 per year We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Account Director to lead our agency's client accounts in digital marketing, creative services, and marketing technology. This role is responsible for overseeing high-profile client campaigns, driving client growth, and fostering strong relationships to exceed client expectations. You will bring deep expertise in developing full-spectrum marketing strategies and a proven ability to lead teams, ensuring every campaign meets quality standards and business objectives. Responsibilities:Strategy & Leadership Develop marketing programs across the full ecosystem (digital, PR, creative, etc.). Lead, mentor, and manage the accounts team to ensure high-quality campaign execution. Resolve team issues proactively and collaborate with peers to share resources and best practices. Account Management Oversee all agency accounts and manage client expectations. Approve program pitches in collaboration with the Creative Director. Handle contracts, financial reporting, and on-site activations, with occasional travel required. Client Growth Set and achieve growth and revenue targets for client acquisition. Engage in networking and relationship-building activities to attract new business. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong client relationships and coordinate with partners, vendors, and media. Additional Requirements Protect confidential information, uphold agency values, and be prepared to work flexible hours beyond the standard workweek as needed. Qualifications: Experience: 12+ years in agency marketing, with a focus on account or brand management. Communication & Leadership: strong communication and time management skills; proven ability to build deep client relationships and lead cross-functional teams. Strategic and Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of developing 360-degree marketing campaigns; a strategic thinker who can translate vision into action. Adaptability: Skilled in prioritizing multiple tasks, handling ambiguity, and thriving under pressure.Self-Starter: Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive in anticipating needs, and committed to personal and professional growth. Technical Proficiency: Proficient with MS Office Suite and Apple Keynote. Background in entertainment or music. Event management experience. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Basecamp), time-tracking software, and file management platforms. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field is required.
