The candidate in this role will be expected to be a solutions-oriented revenue driver who has strong attention to detail while balancing a fast-paced,“startup” like environment. We’re on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our Demand Sales team and expand our fastest-growing products. Working hand in hand with many different departments internally and verticals externally will allow this individual to touch all facets of the company/industry to become an integral part of Magnite’s success. This will report into our Global Revenue Lead, Clearline.
In this role, you will:
Service and engage clients - such as negotiating and influencing senior-level leaders regarding matters of significance to their organization
Create, implement, and own a sales pipeline for prospects for Magnite’s Clearline product
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the complete sales cycle and own the relationships post-contract
Create Net New Revenue lines for Magnite on highly strategic new business initiatives
Become a subject matter expert in Clearline to be able to identify and create solutions to our client’s problems
Creatively problem-solve to substantially grow Magnite’s revenue through collaboration with internal and external partners
Cross-collaborate with a multitude of different departments to shape the product’s needs
We’re looking for someone with:
6+ years of experience working in programmatic and with a focus on CTV/Video
Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Experience in a buying platform and/or Curator technology is required; having either worked at a technology company or within the technology at an agency
An advanced understanding of how buyers curate and activate on supply both direct and programmatically
A history of thinking outside the box, is solution oriented, and enjoys a “start up” like atmosphere
An organized individual with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time, adaptable to change, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, ever changing environment
The ability to challenge the status quo and create a path to a different future
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as, advanced presentation skills required

In New York, the base salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $120,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
