YOUR IMPACT

As a Senior Account Executive at OpenText, you will help Department of Defense (DoD) customers use information to grow faster and become more efficient in an increasingly digital world. You'll be part of a global team that excels at providing sophisticated, secure, high-value, and cost-effective solutions across the entire range of information management capabilities. Your role will involve engaging with C-level executives, solving their most pressing business problems, and guiding them in their journey to the cloud and becoming digital enterprises.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
• Engage deeply with customers, listening to their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Develop comprehensive territory plans to identify and convert opportunities into sales.
• Skillfully manage each phase of the sales process from pipeline generation to closing deals.
• Deliver masterful presentations and run effective meetings to articulate the value proposition of our solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to bring the best solutions to your clients.
• Help clients improve their most important business processes and reduce their risks.
• Achieve your targets and be rewarded with one of the most competitive compensation packages in the industry.  
 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Minimum five years of successful B2B selling across the enterprise, preferably with experience in the DoD sector.
• Experience working in a consultative capacity with C-level customers on complex cloud-based, on-premises, or hybrid solutions.
• Deep understanding of the B2B buying process, key competitors, and industry trends.
• Proficiency in advanced sales methodologies and tools to achieve and exceed targets.
• Passion for developing new accounts and finding untapped opportunities in existing client bases.
• Ability to easily grasp new products and solutions, bringing innovation to customers.
• Completed post-secondary education and a passion for continuous learning.  
 

Estimated Base Salary: $130,000 USD - $150,000 USD
