Senior Account Executive, Energy and Power.

Marsh is looking for talented individuals to join our team in Sydney as a Senior Account Executive, specializing in Energy and Power.

We will rely on you to:

Lead as an advisory colleague for mid-size clients.Provide support on complex Energy and Power accounts.Develop customized renewal and placement strategies with the Placement and Advisory Leader.Analyze quotes from carriers and provide insights to colleagues and clients.Assist senior colleagues in achieving business goals through research and document preparation.Project manage complex client queries and requests.Ensure accurate coverage specifications by following up with underwriters.Build and maintain relationships with clients and market contacts.Stay updated on changing risk and insurance market conditions.

What you need to have:

A minimum of 3+ years of experience in general lines broking.A Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong knowledge of broking principles, client reports/proposals, and renewals.A commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Strong broking experience with Energy and Power clients.Previous experience managing a portfolio of complex accounts.
