At Gartner, we're seeking an exceptional Senior Account Executive to lead strategic relationships with our largest enterprise clients while helping shape the future of our sales organization. In this role, you'll combine deep client partnership with team leadership, leveraging your experience to drive both portfolio growth and team development.

Strategic Impact:

Own and grow a portfolio of Gartner's most strategic enterprise relationshipsLead complex, multi-year digital transformation initiatives at the highest levels of client organizationsDevelop and execute sophisticated territory strategies that maximize client value and portfolio growthmentor team members on complex deal structures and strategic account planningPartner with sales leadership to drive best practices and innovation in our approach to marketBuild and nurture C-suite relationships across multiple stakeholders and business unitsCollaborate with research and advisory leadership to drive exceptional client outcomes

What Exceptional Looks Like:

Proven enterprise sales leader with 8+ years of experience in technology, software, or advisory servicesTrack record of consistently exceeding targets ($1M+) through strategic account managementDemonstrated ability to coach and develop team members while maintaining personal excellenceExperience leading complex, multi-year strategic initiatives with senior stakeholdersStrong business acumen with ability to navigate and influence C-level relationshipsHistory of building and executing sophisticated territory plansOutstanding executive presence and communication skillsBachelor's degree required, advanced degree advantageous
