Senior Account Executive

JOB SUMMARY   

Single Stop is seeking a full-time Senior Account Executive to lead the full-cycle sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, with a focus on driving the adoption of our SaaS technology solutions. You will play a critical role in expanding Single Stop's presence across the country by developing and executing targeted sales strategies, managing key accounts, and collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams. This role requires a dynamic professional with a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to achieve business growth.

Salary/Wage: $80-90k Base + Commission!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Lead Generation and Relationship Building: Research, identify, and contact potential clients to establish relationships, arrange meetings, and build a robust sales pipeline. Utilize a consultative approach to understand client needs and position Single Stop’s solutions effectively. Sales Strategy and Market Penetration: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with Single Stop’s strategic goals, with a focus on penetrating new markets and sectors. Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure. Product Demonstrations: Conduct thorough and compelling demonstrations of Single Stop’s products and technology to drive product adoption and sales. Tailor presentations to address specific client needs and differentiate Single Stop’s offerings from competitors. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Track and analyze trends in state and local benefit systems, identify new market opportunities, and assess competitive offerings. Provide informed feedback to leadership to guide product development and strategic planning. Collaboration and Feedback Loops: Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to relay customer feedback and market insights, helping shape product development and marketing strategies. Contribute to the creation of marketing materials that align with brand identity and resonate with target audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Job Experience

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent. 5+ years of successful experience in a B2B sales role, particularly in selling SaaS-based product solutions. Demonstrated success in achieving quota consistently.

Bonus Qualifications:

Experience selling to any of the following departments: Human Resources, Corporate/Social Responsibility, or Customer Retention. Experience in one or more of these industries: Retail, Restaurant, Utilities, Insurance, Government (Federal, State, or Local), or Education.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals. Strong understanding of social media platforms, CRM tools, and SaaS technology. Proficiency in data analysis to develop strategic goals and track performance against sales targets. Experience in collaborating with diverse stakeholders from government, education, and non-profit sectors. Knowledge of privacy and confidentiality laws as they relate to technology solutions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Sales Acumen: Expertise in consultative selling techniques and experience with sales methodologies such as Solution Selling, SPIN Selling, or Challenger Sales. Technical Aptitude: A solid understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud computing, and related technologies. Communication: Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a flexible, team-oriented approach. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.

Travel

Up to 25% travel may be required for this role.
