Senior Account Executive

Business Development and Client Relationship Management
Lead efforts to identify and prospect new business opportunities, expand client relationships, and develop new client partnerships. This includes lead generation, cold calling, attending industry events, networking, and using online platforms. Serve as a key liaison to build long-term relationships with strategic clients and drive the growth of the organization.

Client Consultation and Needs Assessment
Consult with clients at a senior level to understand their business objectives, IT challenges, and long-term goals. Gather detailed information on client profiles and business requirements before and after meetings, conducting deep analysis of their systems and processes. Recommend tailored IT solutions to address their specific needs and challenges.

Strategic Sales Presentations and Solution Demonstration
Lead high-level sales presentations, effectively demonstrating the features and value of IT products and services to key decision-makers. Communicate the competitive advantages of solutions and address any concerns raised by clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all demonstrations are impactful and client-focused.

Proposal Development and Negotiation
Oversee the development of complex proposals outlining IT solutions, pricing, terms, and conditions tailored to clients' requirements. Present proposals to clients, handle objections, and lead negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Secure buy-in from senior stakeholders and key decision-makers.

Sales Target Achievement and Deal Closure
Drive efforts to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Employ strategic sales techniques, handle high-level negotiations, and foster strong relationships with clients. Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful deal closure and smooth onboarding of new clients.

Leadership in Contract Negotiations
Provide leadership in contract negotiations by offering insights to the Sales Leader and other stakeholders on pricing strategies, contract terms, and working with third-party providers for equipment or services. Act as a key decision-maker in high-value negotiations.

Sales Reporting and Performance Monitoring
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and key business developments. Provide regular reports to senior leadership on sales performance, pipeline updates, and strategic insights. Monitor sales targets and milestones, recommending or implementing strategic adjustments when goals are not met.

Team Collaboration and Mentorship
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, service delivery, and operations, to ensure client satisfaction and effective solution implementation. Mentor junior account executives, sharing best practices, providing guidance, and supporting their development.

Support for Accounts Receivable
Actively support accounting in the collection of overdue accounts from clients, ensuring that all financial obligations are met in a timely manner.

Other Responsibilities
Take on additional job-related tasks as required, contributing to team and company-wide initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and growth.
