Senior Account Executive

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Account Executive to join Marsh in Sydney. Working within the FINPRO team, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service to a portfolio of SME to mid-market clients. This includes leading the placement and strategy of our SME business, consolidating the Honan portfolio into Marsh facilities, and managing relationships with underwriters for these classes.

Take a proactive approach to account management, ensuring high-quality customer service is provided at all times.Develop and maintain effective long-term relationships with key client decision-makers.Lead, plan, and implement clear and effective renewal and broking strategies, ensuring renewal processes and results meet client expectations.Create quality underwriting submissions and effectively negotiate with insurers and other stakeholders.Engage with and manage all internal stakeholders in delivering ‘all of Marsh’ to your client base.What you need to have:
Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification.3+ years’ experience in an insurance broking role.Sound knowledge and application of broking principles, and insurance products and services, particularly in general insurance.Demonstrated focus on providing outstanding customer service.Excellent delivery of technical, administrative, and consulting support to internal and external clients.What makes you stand out:
