Ideagen is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, driving sales and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Your expertise in B2B software sales will be instrumental in positioning Mail Manager as an essential tool for organisations looking to enhance their email management capabilities.

Responsibilities

- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing contacts.
- Lead the complete sales process from initial outreach and product demonstrations to contract negotiations and deal closures.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-suite executives and department heads, across various industries.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to strategically position Mail Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills and Experience

- Proven experience in B2B SaaS or software sales, with a strong focus on new business acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and close high-value deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to present complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities to effectively close deals.
- Familiarity with email management, project management, or collaboration software is advantageous but not required.
- Comfortable discussing technical solutions and adept at understanding customer pain points.
- Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales activities and pipelines.
