Senior Account Executive
Regional Senior Account Executive - Multinational Clients LATAM At Aon, we shape decisions to better protect and enrich the lives of people around the world. This is a hybrid role you can be located anywhere in LATAM. What the day will look like + Serve as a strategic focal point to multinational companies across Latin America. + Coordinate and manage regional insurance programs and local policy implementations. + Collaborate with teams across multiple countries to ensure unified service delivery. + Analyze client data to identify risk trends, optimize insurance solutions and provide customized reports. + Proactively address client concerns, resolve issues, and drive continuous process improvement. + Engage with senior stakeholders and regional leaders to develop long-term client relationships. How this opportunity is different You will be able to play a critical role in helping multinational organizations protect their businesses in a rapidly changing world. Skills and experience that will lead to success + Bachelor’s degree in business, Insurance, or a related field. + Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) – Spanish or Portuguese is a plus. + Proven experience in insurance, account management, or client-facing roles (preferably with multinational clients). + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client data into actionable insights. + Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
