We are seeking a talented individual to join our FINPRO Corporate practice team at Marsh. This role can be based in any of our capital city offices (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth). This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will implement Client First Principles across your portfolio of small to medium accounts, ensuring high-quality customer service and consistent attainment of revenue and expense budgets.

Consistently achieve agreed service standards.Foster effective long-term relationships with key client decision makers and frequently monitor political, management, and other changes to preserve and protect these relationships.Take a pro-active approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met.Implement successful account retention and defence strategies.Maintain an awareness of all large and potentially complicated claim-related matters and assist claims colleagues in the negotiation of equitable claim settlements on behalf of clients.Possess a thorough understanding of all major classes of financial lines policies offered to clients and keep abreast of all new technical and product developments.Possess a thorough working knowledge of all aspects of the Insurance (Agents & Brokers) Act, Insurance Contracts Act, Fire Services Levy, Stamp Duties, Worker's Compensation, and other relevant legislation, keeping abreast of all new developments.What you need to have:
Tier 1 qualified.Demonstrated experience in insurance broking or underwriting.Experience managing a large portfolio with volume of accounts.Experience looking after commercial and corporate accounts.Strong commercial acumen.Excellent delivery of technical, administrative, and consulting support to internal and external clients.What makes you stand out?
