Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Senior Channel Account Executive to join our team and manage the relationship with Insight Enterprises, a key partner in our channel network. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in channel management, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of Insight's business operations and market dynamics.
Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy for Insight Enterprises in alignment with the overall business goals and objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Insight Enterprises, including executives, sales teams, and account managers.Drive revenue growth through the channel by identifying new business opportunities, promoting products and services, and supporting sales efforts.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for channel initiatives.Provide regular performance updates, forecasts, and insights to internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks within the channel.Negotiate and manage partner agreements, pricing, and incentives to maximize mutual profitability and success.Lead joint business planning sessions, QBRs, and other strategic meetings with Insight Enterprises to drive mutual growth and success.Mentor and support funded Head resources, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner forums to promote the brand and build relationships within the channel ecosystem.Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.10+ years of experience in channel management, preferably with a focus on Insight Enterprises or similar large channel partners.Proven track record of driving revenue growth through channel partnerships and exceeding sales targets.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Deep understanding of technology products and services, particularly in the IT industry.
