The PositionAccount Executive/Senior (NPC)
The Opportunity
As the Account Executive/Senior (NPC) for Roche Singapore, you play a key role in meeting sales and business objectives in driving Roche Near Patient Care solution adoption among key accounts (Retail & Private HCP segment). This role involves key account management including account growth planning, building relationships, and establishing networks with key stakeholders in the Singapore market.
As the Account Executive/Senior (Near Patient Care), you are responsible for:
Identifying the key accounts’ needs, generating demand and seizing business opportunities to meet sales and business objectives by promoting Roche Near Patient Care solutions
Executing the agreed action plan effectively in respective key accounts, reviewing the key account planning regularly and making adjustments aligned with business needs
Reviewing the key account sales analysis to support key account planning & regular key account business review including identifying & establishing and maintaining strong relationships with retail buyers and pharmacists in the retail segment and Key Opinion Leaders in the private HCP segment to establish the influence on blood glucose monitoring practice and product solution advocacy.
Responsible for chain pharmacy buyers management including seizing business opportunities, developing retail key focus sales actions, and getting agreement from chain pharmacy buyers. Meet chain pharmacy buyers regularly for business discussions.
Responsible for private hospital in-ward & nursing homes tender business planning including identifying and seizing tender opportunities, key stakeholders management, and tender execution initiatives planning.
Responsible for private GP & specialist segment planning including identifying and seizing growth opportunities, key stakeholders management, and initiative executions.
Responsible for key account promotional plan execution (including new product launch activities) and collaborate with the marketing team if marketing spending is involved and/or marketing support is needed (e.g. promotion advertisement, etc.)
Responsible for preparing quotations or business proposals and presentations to key account customers and new/potential customers.
Who you are
You hold a professional certification or a Bachelor's Degree in Business, or Science with above 5 years of sales-related experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, health digital solutions, or consumer healthcare industry.
Preferably excellent sales knowledge and experience with healthcare professional engagement (experience in the private primary care segment would be a plus.)
Ability to grasp unmet customer needs and translate them into sales opportunities
Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills along with the ability to negotiate and move the issue to closure
