What you'll do:Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing businessPresent products and solutions to prospective clients within various verticalsIdentifying and converting opportunities into revenueCreate and articulate compelling value propositions for HUMAN technologyAssist with coordinating product demos to convey value in technology specifically applicable to the challenges of our prospectsDevelop and execute against a comprehensive sales process while leveraging the MEDDIC frameworkProactively pursue new business via strategic prospecting and develop sales pipelineAttend product training conferences and develop an understanding of our communication infrastructureParticipate in field marketing events as neededWork with channel partners to promote HUMAN security brand and prospect in joint accounts Forecasting of in quarter and out quarter opportunitiesFocus on attaining quota and successfully converting accountsNavigating complex deal cyclesWho you are:4+ years of SaaS, cyber security, or similar selling experienceStrong communication skills, both written and oralWorking knowledge of the enterprise software market and the ability to learn new software and industries quicklyDemonstrated strong record of consistent attainmentDemonstrated ability to work independently as well as being a productive team playerEagerness to learn and make new connections with prospectsHave a strong network of enterprise level contacts and channel partnersMust be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environmentThorough understanding of commercial awareness and brand recognition to successfully establish rapport with prospectsBachelor’s degree The base pay range for this position is $90,000- $140,000 which can include additional on-target commission pay/bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position ultimately offered.
