Senior Account Manager

We are now looking for Account Manager to secure short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson through proactive business development based on a fundamental understanding of the customers’ business, operations, and objectives. Actively handle and mobilize internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end to end solutions allowing seamless transition from sales to operations. Develop both internal and external relation/s in order to actively contribute to make customers and Ericsson successful. This job role could be focused on selling a specific part of the portfolio, a specific part of the customer’s business/technology area and/or geography.

What you will do:

Your responsibility will be to maximize customer relationships and loyalty.You are expected to build sales opportunities that will generate profitability sales.The role also includes optimization of the account team’s performance and to enable a seamless transition to operationsLead and handle the end to end Sales Process for your lead opportunitiesBe one of the main drivers for creating Long Term Account StrategyYou will be responsible for Overall Profit and Loss of the business area you are representing within the accountTo be successful in the role you must haveEducation: Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Science or similar10+ years of experience in relationship sales/account management preferably in both CORE and IT spaceStrong relationship management skill specially at C level.Must have experience in RAN CORE and ITExperience in cloudSomeone who follows up through end to end process.Consultative selling skills and commercial understandingYou will need to have customer and market insight as well as negotiation skillsLeadership experience
