What does a Senior Account Manager do at Hogarth?
The Senior Account Manager will play a vital role in the successful running of the EU Coca-Cola account by providing high levels of client servicing, production and internal/external stakeholders management. They will be a master of communication and adaptability, ensuring deliverables across AV, Print and Digital are always met and expectations with key stakeholders managed. They will provide impeccable professional delivery in their role and build strong relationships, whilst developing new opportunities for the account. They would ideally have experience or an understanding of creative expansion.
Responsible for administration of the account and supporting the Account Managers/Account Executives in the team Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget Liaising with client’s brand teams to ensure smooth delivery of market-specific materials Acting as an Account brand/QC guardian Keeping the Account Director updated on status of projects Highlighting and escalating quality control issues to the Account Director Distributing contact reports, agendas and trackers Working closely with internal stakeholders e.g. Print, Digital & Broadcast Collating any information needed for input to client reports and presentations Liaising with the creative agencies to obtain master artwork files and report any delays to AD Providing any additional administrative support to team as required Liaising with creative agencies, media agencies/suppliers to obtain schedules, technical specifications and copy dates and report any issue to the AD The day-to-day management of clients’ marketing and advertising campaigns Regular communication and liaison with clients at a senior level Generating accurate reports and status notifications Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients Using your knowledge and skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive directionReporting lines and key stakeholders:
This role reports to the Account Director.
You will work closely with Account Management, Production and Finance teams.
Requirements
Coordinate between all relevant parties – internal (Print, Broadcast, Digital etc) and external (Clients and Agencies) Consistently deliver against all contractual obligations include SLAs and KPIs Manage client projects from brief to delivery ensuring final materials are on time and of the highest quality Follow agreed workflows and utilize relevant project management tools – FIDO, Trados etc. Ensure clear division of responsibility for appropriate files at each stage of the project Where project managers/producers are involved, take responsibility for ongoing communication, tracking project progress and status vs. schedules, timings, delays ect Manage, monitor and update all timelines and set realistic expectations with clients Monitor internal workflows, identify areas for improvement and make recommendations Ensure Schedules, technical specs and copy dates are obtained and correct, report any delays to SAM/AD Check all materials (PDFs, emails, TVCs ect.) and ensure quality control procedures have been followed before sending to clients Keep SAM/AD updated on status of projects Collate any information needed for input to client reports and presentations Manage FIDO/Zonza Help organize, attend (if required) and minute meetings Manage your workload effectively and highlight to your line manager if support is required to ensure successful completion of a project Provide administrative support team as required Fluent oral and written English essential, Hungarian or Bulgarian is a plus.#LI-Hybrid
