Senior Account Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Build long-term strategic relationships designed to maximize existing and new revenue streams whilst demonstrating ROI to the client. Identify new problems that we can solve whilst working with internal resources to deliver new complex solutions into new sections of a defined client base. Demonstrate Cirium products to prospective customers in a way that is focused on their stated business objectives. Efficiently manage a portfolio of customers to optimize client satisfaction, engagement, and retention. Ask questions to understand prospect requirements, purchasing dynamics, and contracting processes. Schedule and attend sales appointments, sometimes via telephone, with prospective customers. Enter and upload customer information into Salesforce.com and relevant CRM databases. The successful candidate will work closely with the product development team to identify new data offerings, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share. Deliver well above expectation. Perform other duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field required.2 years of experience in job offered or related occupations required.Also required is: 2 years of experience in: Working in the aviation industry (commercial airlines, business aviation, and military aviation) to identify trends, regulations, and customer needs; Working in sales strategy, customer relationship management, and marketing to communicate the value proposition of the data to potential customers, as well as to negotiate and close deals; Building interpersonal relationships with customers and colleagues, and presenting data insights and findings to different audiences; Thinking critically and strategically about business issues, including market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, including the ability to identify new opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs; and Understanding the technical side of aviation to understand the asset and market, which includes knowledge of avionics, the metal (aircraft frame and engines), data, and tools commonly used in the industry.Employee reports to LNRS Data Services, Inc. office in New York, NY, but may telecommute from any location within the U.S.Experience can be concurrent.

SALARY RANGE:

$133,000 to $148,600/year

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for NYC.$72,400.00 - $120,600.00
