The Achievers Account Manager is a seasoned sales professional who can work in a team selling environment to drive customer value and account growth.  The Account Manager partners with the Customer Success Manager to develop the account strategy and manage the sales cycle.  This includes owning renewals, regional expansions and upselling of new products. The AM will create prospecting plans, develop customer presentations, and manage the sales negotiations. The Account Manager will be customer facing but will also support Customer Success Managers through their sales cycle. The AM is responsible for identifying new relationships and stakeholders within the account to support any new revenue generation. They will work closely with the CSM, who owns and manages the program owner relationship. Who will love this job?A hunter  A strategistA mediatorA collaborator A solutions-oriented problem solver What you'll do:Manage complex, concurrent sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainmentPartner with Customer Success Managers to identify and develop strategic account plans that map out expansion and other upsell opportunities Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted renewals and expansions to meet quota objectivesPosition yourself as a strategic partner to key stakeholders and manage key accounts with the Customer Success ManagerIdentify and mitigate churn risk and partner with the CSM to support the customer Create and present pricing presentations for renewals, upsells and cross sells Manage deal negotiations with the customer and coordinate internal approvalsWhat we're looking for:Have 8+ years experience in business application sales, preferably within an enterprise SaaS environmentHave a consistent track record of exceeding your quota and revenue goalsExperience using tools like Sales Navigator, Discover Org, Outreach, Salesforce, and othersAre a hunter with a passion for finding new opportunities Have excellent verbal and written communication skillsCan partner with others in a selling environmentHave demonstrated experience and comfort selling to the C-suite and procurement Can build long standing relationships across the business to nurture complex sales cyclesAre a self-starter who thrives in an ever-changing environmentHave a bachelor's degreeWhy you’ll love working at Achievers: We are passionate about disruptive technology that’s rooted in science, research and data.We understand the value of employee success in the workplace and have been in numerous publications for our contributions to HR, for technical excellence, and for our outstanding workplace culture!
