Senior Account Manager
Position:Account Manager Solution Line:Health Solutions Department:HS Accounts Location:Guangzhou Responsibility • Provide distinctive total solutions for accounts including client relationship maintenance, brokerage advisory, renewals, extending and expanding existing client relationship, and other brokerage administration. • Lead existing client penetration, cross-selling referrals and developing new Health Solutions clients. • Understand local market vendor capacity to arrange better benefit implication. • Manage the brokerage operation quality and compliance requirement, ensuring implementation of Company standards, Broker Guides, System requirements, E&O Compliance, etc. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or above, overseas education experience will be a plus. • 5+ years of health benefit related experience, with consulting skill relating to brokerage business, flex administration and all business-related knowledge. • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving skills, and excellent project management skills. • Client service-oriented and aggressive in achieving business targets. • Good communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English. • Highly proficient computer skills.
