デンマークのDanfoss A/ Sの100％子会社であるDanfoss Power Solutions（Japan）Ltd.は、明確な成長方針を持ち、プロフェッショナルかつグローバル企業レベルのソリューションで社会に貢献します。
日本の油圧事業でシェアを伸ばしてゆくため、営業管理職を募集します。このポジションは成長機会をとらえて市場開拓活動を実行する必要があります。
また、入社時からのチームマネジメントは予定していませんが、東日本営業部のSuccession Planningの一つの柱として、管理職待遇でご入社いただきPerformanceを発揮いただいた方には将来的に東日本営業部全体のResponsibilityや他の営業部隊のマネジメントをお願いしたいと考えています。

Job Responsibilities  顧客（建機、農機中心）向け直接販売と代理店向け販売の拡大。 収益性の向上–利益率の低い製品の価格改善。 顧客販売と代理店販売の売上、受注予測の作成。 支払期間短縮と未回収金の削減。 新製品や既存製品の顧客要求仕様の確認。 海外BU（Business unit）とのコミュニケーション、レポート。 一般職クラスの営業部員へのコーチングやチームリード  Background & Skills 車業界or建設機械or農業機械のOEM or 代理店への営業経験5年以上。 4大卒以上 日本語：ビジネスレベル、英語：ビジネスレベル MS Office（Excel、Word、Power Point）使用可。 コミュニケーションスキル、プレゼンテーションスキル、目標達成力、前向きな姿勢。 顧客ニーズの把握力、提案力、企画力。 SAPベースの営業管理ERPの使用経験があると望ましい。 油圧製品また電装品の知識があると望ましい。 Employee Benefits
