Participate actively in department meetings. Set up and follow up in a regular basis KPIs to measure the efficiency of commercial activity. Set up action plans accordingly. Existing business maintenance and achieve the sales target. Manage the new RFQ and get the target business, follow the Grupo Antolin procedure leading the phase 0 on time. Business Development for the new customer and new strategy product, increase market shares. Involve the strategy plan, business plan and budget plan for related customer. Limit LTA Negotiations according to targets Avoid overdue receivables from customers.
