Role Objective:

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be a key driver of client success, managing high-value campaigns and fostering long-term relationships. You’ll take ownership of client strategies, coordinate across internal teams, and deliver innovative marketing solutions that elevate brands. This role is suited for a proactive and detail-oriented professional eager to grow their career in a fast-paced, music and entertainment-focused environment.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Client Management: Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong, trust-based relationships.Campaign Strategy & Execution: Manage end-to-end campaigns, ensuring seamless execution across account management, creative collaboration, and event integration.Relationship Building: Foster and grow strategic partnerships, identifying opportunities to deliver measurable value and ROI for clients.Sponsorship & Brand Partnerships: Drive sponsorship opportunities, maximising brand activations and program success.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to craft strategic responses to briefs, ensuring deliverables meet and exceed client expectations.Budget Oversight: Manage campaign budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability.Onsite Support: Serve as the primary onsite representative at events, providing hands-on support and building trust as the key client liaison.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

3+ years of account management experience within creative agency or a similar role in a media publisher or experiential agencyProven ability to manage and grow client accounts, with demonstrated success in sponsorships and brand partnerships.Strong understanding of multichannel campaign execution, including digital, social media, and event activations.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.A proactive, organised working style, complemented by a high level of attention to detail.
