Honeywell has an opportunity for a Sr Account Manager to be based in\nMidrand, South Africa. The Sr Account Manager will manage all aspects of\nengagements with existing and new customers for our Honeywell\nProcess Solutions organization. You will build relationships and\nunderstand customer business to provide appropriate products or solutions and\nwill also define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning\nwith critical sales business objectives. Key Responsibilities

 Primary customer\ninterface responsible for the development of business, and management of\nrelationships, with a specific customer or customers.Understanding of\nthe customer’s business, drivers, and organization, and an understanding of the\nvalue that Honeywell brings to the customer to drive to real business outcomes.Dissemination of\nkey messages, initiatives, and of information pertaining to the value Honeywell\nbrings to that specific customer at all levels of the customer’s organization.Business partner\nto the customer, establishes a defensible barrier to competitors, maximizes the\nbusiness potential of their customers, and acts as the primary supplier\ninterface for all products, solutions and services with this customer.Champions the\ncustomers’ needs and requirements within the Honeywell organization.You Must HaveUniversity Degree\nor equivalent experience level7-10 years solid sales experience in a front facing roleStrong Experience in process automationProven track\nrecord of success in the Mining industry in SSAExperience in\nbuilding and maintaining relations at customers (different levels) Experienced in\ncomplex sale, including early engagement in the customer buying cycle at\nsenior levels, building long-term strategic and executive relationships,\nteam selling and opportunity planning. Marketing and\nproject management experience is desirableExperience working with EPCs and End-Users
