OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

Manage key clinical and/or C-suite relationships within assigned hospitals that use American Red Cross blood products and services to generate revenue of approximately $30M. Educate on our products and negotiate contracts to expand business to hospitals currently not serviced. Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers. ​

WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE GOOD:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a prioritized customer strategy to grow relationships with existing and new hospital customers to generate revenue within the assigned territory.

2. Manage relationships with approximately 25 hospitals.

3. Conduct quarterly business reviews with assigned hospitals.

4. Maintain correct information within salesforce.com.

5. Educate hospitals on new product offerings or systems.

6. Improve margins and optimize product mix and utilization at assigned hospitals.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Science background preferred.

Experience: Minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required, preferably in the healthcare space or clinical experience that is transferable

Skills & Abilities: Ability to work on a team. Aptitude to absorb technical information, proficient computer skills, collaborative, analytical, effective communication skills.

Travel: Must have a valid driver’s license.  Must be willing to travel within territory, some overnight travel will be required (up to 20%). Required to travel to assigned hospitals and prospects 3 days a week minimum.
