Senior Account Manager NSW who is responsible for the sales and marketing of company’s products, maximising value from the sale of products, and the identification and fostering of alliances and new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate is results orientated, has strong solution based selling skills including experience in utilizing omnichannel tools to accelerate the sales process.
An agile, highly collaborative and early adopter mindset is required
Key Accountabilities:
Achieve sales targets for assigned territory (as defined by the companies Operating Plan) Maintain up-to-date product and therapeutic knowledge in line with Key Account Manager career path expectations Apply selling skills as per Key Account Manager Career Path expectations and in line with the company’s selling model Build and deliver territory business plan in line with set objectives Monitor and interpret the financial performance of the territory and develop appropriate action plans in line with Key Account Manager Career Path expectationsConduct territory management activities in line with set objectivesDeliver all other sales force effectiveness objectives as determined by manager. Take leadership role within team as Senior KAM – Identify opportunities and step up to lead training, champion initiatives and mentor team members.Actively participate in the Performance Management Process and Personal Development PlanWork within company Standard Operating Procedures and industry and apply Company Values and Code of Conduct in daily duties activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Tertiary Degree in Science/Nursing, Marketing/Business or related field desirableMedicines Australia Accredited
Preferred Qualifications:
Preference for previous Key Account Management or Hospital Sales Representative experience in the specialty pharmaceutical sector
