Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Account Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, driving business development, and positioning Devoteam's digital consulting services as a trusted partner to enterprise clients. You will act as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them navigate complex digital transformations while contributing to the recruitment and development of a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management and business development, strong leadership skills, and the ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities 

Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key enterprise clients and partnersLead and execute comprehensive account strategies to achieve revenue growth and client satisfactionIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and through prospectingServe as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and providing tailored solutionsNegotiate and close high-value contracts while managing the entire sales lifecycleCollaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and projectsActively contribute to recruitment efforts to expand and strengthen the sales and delivery teamsProvide mentorship and coaching to junior account managers and sales professionalsMonitor market trends and industry advancements to stay competitive and position Devoteam as a market leaderConsistently achieve and exceed sales and business development targets

QualificationsBachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or sales within the tech consulting industryProven track record of managing and growing enterprise accounts with substantial revenue responsibilityStrong ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholdersTech-savvy and an insightful understanding of digital transformation trendsAmbitious and results-driven, with a focus on achieving and surpassing KPIsExperience leading recruitment initiatives to build a high-performing teamExceptional organizational and time management skillsStrong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilitiesFluency in both French and English
