Senior Account Manager
Liberty Latin America
**What’s the Role?**
Sell the organization's products and services through direct sales to small & medium businesses, large corporations, and government entities. Face-to-face and remote sales to new customers and cross-up/repeat sales to existing customers by delivering sales bids/proposals/presentations and conducting product demonstrations (Direct B2B Sales and Pre-Sales engineers)
**What You´ll Do**
+ Develops an on-going CWB business relationship with strategic clients (large scale, complex, and diverse operations; significant potential for TCV as determined by business); and to provide solutions to their business needs, thereby meeting or exceeding CWB’s sales, profit, and NPS targets. This requires a thorough understanding of the assigned industry segment, where relevant.
+ Leads in the creation and updates of the client's account plan, including a sales strategy to increase client business with CWB, are tied to the client's needs, desires, and vision.
+ Achieves or exceeds targets assigned by CWB Management, including signings/orders, contract renewal, and accounts receivable.
+ Leads cross-functional sales and technical resources in pursuit of client solutions, exploiting relevant marketing resources and collateral as well as business partner relationships.
+ Maintains an effective business relationship with the client's executive team, leading CWB meetings, presentations, and proposals.
+ Is accountable for customer sale satisfaction, contributes to improved NPS metrics, and assists the team in increasing market share, CWB profit, and revenue within the client base (assigned), and acts as the CWB interface with focused and strategic accounts.
+ Leads or assists in delivering financial justifications to the client's executive team on CWB products and services.
**Knowledge & Experience**
+ 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
+ Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Management, Engineering, IT, or related field
+ Has expertise in strategic selling.
+ Effectively utilizes consultative selling to qualify, negotiate, and close opportunities.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Good knowledge of ICT, as well as corporate products and services.
+ Strong relationships in government entities.
+ Experience with Forecasting and utilization of SalesForce.com
