How you make a difference
As a Senior Account Manager, you are responsible for managing and expanding strategic customer relationships for the online channels. You will oversee the sales performance and market share of Samsung’s smartphones, tablets, and wearables. Your role involves developing and implementing comprehensive account plans, building sustainable partnerships, and ensuring that revenue, market share, investment, and customer satisfaction targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management: Oversee and develop key accounts for online channels.Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute tailored account plans in line with our overall business strategy.Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations.Sales & Targets: Take full ownership for achieving sales objectives and maximizing market share.Negotiations: Lead pricing negotiations and establish agreements regarding promotions and campaigns.Data Analysis & Forecasting: Monitor sales figures, market trends, and customer performance to adjust forecasts and strategies accordingly.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—including Channel Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance.Innovation: Identify emerging market trends and opportunities, proposing initiatives that drive mutual growth.Your team

As a Senior Account Manager you should have a strong strategical mindset, stakeholder management skills and a strong commercial drive. We are ideally looking for a collaborative team player with a ‘’Samsung DNA’’. A perfect fit would be someone who sees opportunities and takes them, positive can-do attitude and is ready to challenge conventional methods.
We also request:
A completed Bachelor’s degree in a commercial discipline.Minimal 5 years of experience working in a similar role.You are experienced in sales and stakeholder management. Experience in telecom is a plus. A good command of the Dutch and English language at a professional level.Skilled in using MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
