Work with your international client portfolio to help understand how they can best deliver value to their organization using modern legal tech platform solutions. Support us in developing an active and engaged client community. 

Responsible for building and maintaining effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of international customer accounts.

Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales plan that includes new and existing sales strategies for large key accounts.

Maintains post-sales contact with large or strategic clients in order to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship.

Communicates with customers with regards to any account problems and discusses customer concerns and suggestions.

Focuses efforts on product feedback, enhancement, upgrades, and development. Reports suggestions to and develops solutions with sales, order processing, and customer support team.

Duties And Responsibilities

Main Tasks:

Develop and maintain a sales pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales objectives via prospecting and account management

Develop sales strategy for assigned accounts and successfully manage deals through the entire sales cycle

Communicate with international customers with regards to any account problems and discuss customer concerns and suggestions

Negotiate service/product terms with customers in line with guidelines

Report suggestions to and develop solutions with sales, order processing, and customer support team

May handle add-on sales for clients

Travel to and attend conferences, events and customer meetings as required

Create, without support, and consistently high-quality proposals which always mirror the right value proposition

Delivery of presentations solutions to a broad audience, clearly submitting ideas, concepts, and solutions to the customer. Proof the value of the solution, by showing how our software helps the prospect and clients in solving their challenges.

Job Qualifications

Competencies:

Strong qualification skills, able to quickly identify relevant business challenges and effectively position relevant solutions

Strong organizer of own work

Able to speak with different levels of the company (from Company Secretary, General Counsel, Legal Counsel to CEO/CFO)

Empathic, open to listening what people are telling

Solid understanding of business, financials, products/services and the market, preferably with a reputation for providing a level of expert knowledge within your industry

Excellent communication (both written & oral) and presentation skills. French as native language and good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken

Ability to manage own territory/account and monitor resources accordingly

Requirements:

3 years working in Account Management or Sales or other equivalent experience (ideally in sales of services or software solutions)

Knowledge of the legal sector is a real plus

Master’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience

Serving clients from our Bois-Colombes office

Native French Speaking

Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoke
