Senior Account Strategist, Retail Media

What You'll Do:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Strategist for our Retail Media team. The ideal candidate should have a deep knowledge of both advertising technology and the retail landscape. It is the responsibility of the Account Strategy team to ensure that we develop a strong partnership with our brand customers to help guide them on their retailer strategy.

Retail Media is as much about selling a strategy as it is about software. You will be strategizing with clients and respective retailers about the most profitable strategy in eCommerce, giving them new ideas and getting them excited about Retail Media.


What you'll be doing:

Managing the day to day relationships with clients to ensure we exceed their goals and expectations.Digging deep into the campaign data to build future client strategy.Present that recommended strategy to the customer during regularly scheduled status calls and check ins.Partner with the sales team to upsell accounts and drive additional revenue through insightful learning and recommendations.Increase adoption and penetration of new products to address client needs. Work with internal teams to ensure the campaign is running smoothly, goals are being met, and technical issues are being troubleshooted timely and efficiently.Who You Are:5-7 years of direct client management experience in a data driven digital media or e-commerce fieldBachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent experience required Ability to navigate and collaborate with other internal departments to produce positive results for clientsDemonstrated ability to influence and negotiate complex situationsSuperior communication (written and verbal), strong presentation skills and proficiency in excelExperience working across multiple products, with display experience preferredGenuine enthusiasm for an interruptive space that is in constant motion and desire to influence through hard work, idea generation and teamworkStepping up to lead projects that move the Account Strategy organization forward while becoming a mentor and coach for new team members

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

$100,000 - $125,000
