Our work is designed to capture our audience's attention and break through crowded feeds by using cultural tensions at the heart of our briefs.     We’re looking for a Senior Account Supervisor, Digital to join the LinkedIn Brand Social team at Assembly. Obsessed with social? Constantly scrolling from dawn to dusk? Always on top of the latest memes, trends, and cultural moments? Screen time off the charts? We want you on our team. Responsibilities: Oversee content creation from brief to final post across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, and YouTube Lead the Agile workstream with the team to identify emerging trends and create relevant content with our creative team Lead on Cross-Functional campaigns for LinkedIn including, Product Announcements, International Women’s Day, Pride, etc.  Partner with the larger Account team to lead different existing and new video series as part of the Always-On workstream.  Proactively push the team to execute against our scope of work and navigate shifts in client needs   Work with the project management team to ensure all staffing needs are met, to design an efficient project management system to track priority deliverables, and develop pricing for incremental business   Partner with account strategists, creator leads, editorial/copywriters, community managers and analytics team members to drive cohesion/connectivity across all roles  Ensure client needs are consistently being met   For programs with light project management resourcing, keep the account on track around deliverables and timelines   Think outside the box and bring a level of creativity and flexibility to always-on programs to get the client the best value of their investment  Basic Qualifications: At least 6 years of relevant experience living and breathing social and digital projects Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 
Preferred Qualifications Meticulous attention to detail Solid understanding of digital strategy and how to communicate it Comfortable juggling multiple projects across different teams Motivated self-starter looking to grow and build innovative programs $80,000 - $120,000 a yearAn employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits. #LI-KEB1
