We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team in Romania. Our new colleague will work in partnership with local and group Controlling to contribute to the business objectives achievement of the assigned entities.
Your new role:
Performing accounting duties and supporting junior staff Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payables and receivables Preparation and reconciliation of monthly projects (Net Sales/COGS/WIP) Support month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of trial balance Providing financial analyses and regular/ad-hoc reports Assisting with annual audit preparations ( statutory, SOX, etc.) Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, etc Preparing tax returns, as per Romanian legislation Preparing annual financial statements Ensure compliance with all current legal and tax regulation as well as Group policiesRequirement and Skills:
Minimum 2-year experience in finance/accounting Proactive, problem-solving attitude, flexibility Strong interpersonal skills to communicate open and effectively on all levels Challenging timely work requests to meet deadlines and maintaining a flawless level of accuracy Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications (Excel advance level) Good command of English, both oral and writtenYour opportunities for personal growth:
