Reporting to the Director of Finance, the successful applicant will be an integral member of the larger accounting team. Within a short time frame, you will be tasked with covering for the Controller\u2019s day-to-day responsibilities during a major ERP system implementation. The longer-term plan for this role is to grow into the Director of Finance role under the incumbent\u2019s mentorship.\r\n

An in-depth understanding of accounting rules enables you to play a strong role in the month end and financial reporting process. A keen interest in technology and process improvements provides you with the aptitude to embrace change and figure out a new & better way to approach an opportunity, or create a solution.\r\n

This dynamic role enables you to provide strategic decision support to help drive the future direction and continued growth of this group as they transition into the next stage in their evolution.   \r\n
