Position Summary:

A privately-held company in the utility industry is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their growing team. This position will work closely with other departments to manage various accounting responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily tasks related to the month-end close processWork with upper management to resolve disrepencies and improve processesPrepare month-end closing journal entries, account reconciliations, and bank reconciliationsProduce and report Financial Statements including analysisCollaborate with the accounting team Support additional responsibilities like project and system implementations as needed.Demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and manage time efficiently

Qualifications:
