Yes County Albany Street Address 110 State Street City Albany State NY Zip Code 12236 Duties Description Reconcile/Maintain MS Dynamics Accounts Payable Module• Maintain the MS Dynamics Accounts Payable (AP) module and prepare scheduled and ad-hoc reports and analysis for management.• Add, maintain MS Dynamics Accounts Payable (AP) Vendor detail, including vendor type and ACFR category for financial statements.• Request, maintain, and update Federal Tax ID numbers for all Revolving Fund Payees. Maintain appropriate IRS W-9 for each Revolving Fund Vendor. Issue 1099-MISC for Revolving Fund Vendors according to IRS regulations.• Review and verify payments of fees and related Revolving Fund expenses to investment managers and advisors in accordance with appropriate accounting and internal control guidelines. Research and track payments to resolve issues.Other Duties as Assigned• Reconcile and maintain Peoplesoft Pension Recovery accounts. Provide reports to Executive Management and the Pension Integrity Bureau• Reconcile Administrative Expenses recorded in SFS. Complete PS template for interface to MSD. Document/Request funding as necessary.Assist Associate Accountant with preparation of monthly reports, audit responses, and special projects as needed. • Maintain Redesign Project worksheet. Track Capitalized vs Expense costs. Provide analysis to management.• Serve as a backup for the reconciliation of the daily pension stop payment files between PS and the custodian bank.
